Last Week at A Glance
Our students have been provided with many opportunities to further develop their leadership skills. As such we have observed an increasing number of Primary students engaged in opportunities such as Play Pals and student council. It has been exciting to see the impact of their support for students in playing a variety of games together as they manage equipment. This bodes incredibly well for the arrival of our new playground collaborative learning materials which should be delivered before the end of term. Additionally, in our Secondary, student leaders have started to appoint their expanding teams and meet with key staff and members of the community group to plan for the year ahead.
With the sun shining, we anticipate a great Welcome Back Picnic this Saturday, supported by students, staff and of course led by our fabulous volunteers from the Parents Community Association (PCA). I look forward to seeing many faces on Saturday 21st September from 1pm and encourage you to come along, engage with the community and get to know us even more.
